The Bamford Community Society (BCS) was formed in 2013 to save and protect Bamford's last remaining public house, The Anglers Rest. In doing so, we became Derbyshire's first ever community-owned pub and have gone on to inspire many other communities to save their community assets. As a volunteer-run organisation, we are always keen to hear from people who can help us manage the property and wider BCS, and ensure it is here for generations to come.
